Suvlights uses a simple common sense return policy. If you need to return a product(s) you have five (5) days from date of receiving it to return for a refund less shipping & possible restocking (some items may need to be inspected- must be returned in orginal uninstalled re-saleable condition) torn/open packaging may prevent refund. example: If you order a bulb check to see if its the right size bulb BEFORE you open the package.
To return or exchange items you must first contact us for a Return Authorization, items returned without a return authorization will not be accepted nor credit given and will be returned to sender. Properly pack, insure and ship by prepaid shipping. If due to our error(s) we will refund reasonable US Postal Service or UPS ground shipping charges. Some private shipping company charge handling/pick up fees, we do not reimburse these expenses. Returned items must be in original boxes and must be in re-saleable (new unused/ uninstalled) condition. Special order and electrical items are not returnable for refunds. Returns received after five (5) days are subject to a restocking charge of 25% or $5.00 (whichever is greater). Any merchandise held over five (5) days may not be returned unless there are defects in materials or workmanship and are subject to the manufacturers or distributors warranty.
