Step-by-Step Instructions
The ballasts are tucked away inside the front reinforcement bar, and the X1010 housings are mounted to the bottom of the bar. You can see the brackets that I used to space it to fit in the opening in the bumper grill, without it I would have needed to cut the painted trim that splits the grill of the 94-97 bumpers.

On the car:

A picture to show the brackets, the spacing, and the clearance, fits nicely into the opening.

And the most important part, the output, beam, cutoff, etc. (same exposure, camera location, and settings and whatnot for all three shots).
Here is just the normal stock halogen lighting.
Stock halogen lighting, with the Xenarc X1010 on.
With just the Xenarc X1010 (to show the pattern that they provide).

And a picture of them on the car, not really a fan of the foglight look, but I can't really complain when you sit in the car and see the beautiful new beam pattern.
By the way, my camera LOVES to give glare to light sources. There is absolutely NO glare from the headlights or the Xenarc X1010, it is just the camera distoring this. Everything is properly leveled and whatnot, I walked all they way down the street with them on to be sure.
Thanks for looking, hope this helps those looking into HIDs.
