Compared to competitors, SUVLIGHTS has a better product hands
down. The quality of the wiring, sockets, and relaying surpasses the
competition! That means no more melted or damaged headlight
sockets. It's compatible with all vehicle types, including those with
flickering problems with HID lights.
Boost the performance of your headlights by increasing the voltage to them.
Especially for high wattage halogen bulbs, but will improve any bulb by 50% or
more plus increase the white light component.
Heavy Duty Headlight Wiring Harness increases voltage over stock wiring
making your headlights brighter and whiter.
A must for high wattage
bulbs. Will dramatically improve performance over thin stock wiring by giving
your headlights maximum power. Increases light output of both stock factory
bulbs and high wattage bulbs. Fully "street legal" and DOT compliant.
Prevents costly damage such as melted headlight sockets and burnt
wiring. Replacement parts available to repair damaged terminals, sockets,
wiring, relays.
New & Improved Wire Harness features:
- 2 OEM Bosch/Tyco AMP (Potter & Brumfield) or equivalent 50 amp
relays (single & dual 87 outputs)
- Heavy Duty interlocking relay sockets with mounting tab
- Fusible link (slow reacting fuse protection) & separate fuses (fast
reacting) with 12 gauge heavy duty automotive wiring
- Black split loom matches OEM to protect against heat and elements
- Male connector(s) to plug into existing headlight socket
- (2 or 4) new heat resistant headlight sockets (depending on
application)
The Heavy Duty models are 14 gauge (can power a pair of 130 Watt bulbs) while
the Super Heavy Duty model is 12 gauge and uses 4 relays.
Installs
without any cutting or splicing. Installs in 5-10 minutes and keeps your stock
wiring intact. Draws power directly from the battery to the headlights
eliminating voltage drops and improving headlight system reliability. All
harnesses cover both low & high beam:
Disclaimer:
Some vehicles may require additional parts or modification for harness
to operate. Please test harness by attaching to battery and ground(s) before
securing wiring and mounting relays to vehicle. For vehicles with dual
batteries (such as the Ford Super Duty) it is recommended that 2 universal wire
harnesses be used to connect to each battery. This will result in slightly
higher power output and prevents the factory fog lights from staying on and a
neater engine compartment since there is no wire run across the radiator. See
